At Rye Beach Landscaping we like to see the big picture. That’s why our landscape design services are a fundamental part of what we do. There are many landscape companies in New Hampshire that can install a patio, a retaining wall, or plant trees and shrubs. This is fine on smaller jobs. The complications and costs multiply, however, when this approach is taken on larger projects without a landscaping plan. A scaled landscape drawing provides a consistent benchmark that puts everybody on the same page. It improves efficiency on the jobsite, eliminates unknowns, and ultimately controls the costs of a large project.
That picture is worth 1000 words. Words can’t describe to our clients how good their finished landscape project is going to look. And even if words could, our clients would have a hard time seeing it. That’s why we provide a digital rendering of what the finished product will look like. While a landscape blueprint provides a lot of design details in a birds-eye view, a digital rendering is a terrific visual for the client to see what it is that they are actually buying.
Creativity is a process. Our landscape designer does not pull a plan out of his bottom drawer or find it on the internet. A quality landscape design is a creative process. It involves more than plant knowledge – it requires getting to know our client and getting a sense for their property. Some people are simply looking for a ballpark price for how much it costs to landscape their yard. That’s fine – we can do that. Our initial design consultation is free, and we can usually provide a rough estimate at that time. If more clarity is needed, our landscape design services can be purchased à la carte:
- Initial Consultation (free)
- Site Measurements
- Concept Sketch (draft)
- Digital Rendering
- Draft Revisions
- Final Draft Drawn to Scale
- Construction Documents
- Comprehensive Quote
- Project Management
No obligation. Our landscape design services division is separate from Rye Beach Landscaping’s construction division. Clients may hire our landscape designer independent of our landscape construction services. The advantage to having a landscape plan is the ability for a client to obtain apples-to-apples construction quotes, or even to tackle the project themselves. A landscape plan also allows a homeowner to phase-in construction over several years as their budget allows.
Of course, we highly recommend hiring the talented landscapers at Rye Beach Landscaping to build your project for you. There is nothing like a well-designed plan, perfectly executed!
