Seacoast Community

Seacoast Community

The New Hampshire seacoast community is very much a part of who we are as a landscape company.

The rich history and heritage of New Hampshire is rooted in the seacoast area. At Rye Beach Landscaping, we have dedicated ourselves to preserving the integrity and significance of the New Hampshire seacoast area’s historic places. From the Naval shipyard in Portsmouth, to the beaches at Hampton and Rye, New Hampshire residents identify with their heritage and traditions that began right here.

Our involvement in the Strawberry Banke preservation project saved a key neighborhood from development and urban sprawl. We put in many hours of sweat equity and labor into creating a living museum that now preserves much of the history and culture of old Portsmouth.

  • When the Rye Beach Conservation commission needed help, we were right there to provide construction services in creating the walking trails throughout the Rye Conservation Trail Network.
  • We also provided stump removal at Hislop Park in Portsmouth to rid the property of stumps that were from trees on the New Hampshire invasive species list.
  • Rye Beach elementary school called us to find out where they could get soil for their garden project at the school. We gladly donated our garden compost for their project.

“Thank you very much for your continued support of Strawberry Banke Museum. Your recent donation of unloading services is greatly appreciated. Strawberry Banke Museum really belongs to the community and your continued support means that the Museum can continue to enrich the lives of residents and visitors through education programs, historic preservation, guided tours and much more.

Again, thank you so much for your dedication to Strawberry Banke Museum!”
